Choose the approach that suits your home

Flexible blister packs
Our reusable trays can be arranged around a resident’s medicine routine, with clear compartments for each administration time. When treatment changes between cycles, the relevant compartment can be amended following the authorised prescription and pharmacy instructions.

Original packs with eMAR
For homes using electronic medication administration records, we support original-pack supply alongside eMAR systems, including Camascope and Atlas. Digital records can help care teams track administration, stock and repeat medicine needs.

Original packs with paper MAR charts
If your home uses paper records, we can supply medicines in their original packs with MAR chart support and medicine descriptions to help staff identify the correct treatment.

We can discuss your current process and agree a suitable approach for your residents and care team.

Support when medicines change

Our service includes:

• Support with urgent and interim medicines, including same-day delivery where available.
• Help with starts, stops and dose changes between monthly cycles.
• Pharmacist oversight of medicine supply.

Whether you use blister packs, original packs or a combination of both, our team will work with you to plan a clear supply process. We aim to reduce avoidable delays and help care staff keep medication records aligned with each resident’s current treatment.

Our pharmacy and clinical team includes an advanced clinical prescribing pharmacist and a registered nurse, supported by trained pharmacy staff.
