Lovely helpful people, nothing is too much trouble, very efficient in everything they do, much quicker and easier than the previous pharmacy, I'm in there all the time due to my partners complex health problems but they've not even been there that long and the pharmacist man always comes out to speak to me and ask how my partner is, I no longer dread going in like I did before, I hope they continue to do well & they feel welcome in wareham because they fit in perfectly!

Frankly, I don't understand the 1 poor review posted by holidaymakers. Medsclinic have worked round the clock since coming to Wareham to clear up the mess and backlog left by the totally incompetent Boots team they took over from. Inevitably, there were a few teething problems with their service at the beginning. This said, I am delighted they have taken over from Boots. Medsclinic are a competent, hard-working and extremely helpful team. Nothing is too much trouble. And the bonus is the lady who is full of positive energy and fun, and would brighten anyone's day. Thoroughly recommend 👌
